The prices are for accommodation for two adults on half board (HB -
breakfast and dinner)
The price includes the use of steam bath, sauna, laconium, indoor and outdoor
(seasonal) swimming pool with mineral water. Extra charges for a child with two full payers :
child from 0 to 6.99 years - 50 BGN per day.
child from 7 years to 11.99. - 60 BGN per day.
child from 12 to 17.99 - 80 BGN per day.

- When an adult and a child stay in the same room, the same room is charged as a standard double room for two adults on half board.
- In some of the rooms it is possible to accommodate two adults and one child under 18 years of age!
- For a family with two children, an individual accommodation offer is made according to the children's ages.

Payments :
- 50% advance payment of the confirmed reservation - within 3 days after receipt of confirmation.
- The remaining 50% - up to 5 days before check-in.
Cancellations:
- up to 20 days before arrival - no penalty.
- from the 19th day to the 5th day - the amount of the advance.
- from the 5th day until the day of check-in - 100% penalty of the amount of the original confirmed reservation.
- in case of shortening of the stay according to the original reservation - penalty of the amount of the original confirmed reservation.
Important:
Please note that weekends are only sold in a 2-night package. A 1-night reservation is only possible on Sundays to Thursdays.

For reservations made for which the deposit is not received by 48 hours before the check-in time and date (15:00), Fairy Hotel is not responsible and does not
guarantee the reservation.
All guests for a given room are announced in advance. In the event of a change in the number of guests on the day of check-in, Hotel Fairy reserves the right to refuse accommodation.
The hotel does not accept pets
It is forbidden to bring drinks and food into the restaurant and all commercial areas on the premises.
In case of early departure, the unused portion of the reservation will not be refunded.
If any problems arise during your stay, you must immediately notify a member of staff at reception. It is important that guests report any problems while on site so that their complaint can be investigated by a manager and satisfied.
"Park Hotel Fairy" reserves the right to change the advertised prices. The prices are valid for the periods indicated and do not include the days of public and national holidays, when the PACKAGE PRICES are in force.
